    That said, I decided that rather than get wobbly during this virus threat, I would get tougher. Doing 16/8 with two meals. Aiming to limit to latte in between.

    On my phone,so short posts. I like the idea of fasting more than doing it. Tried many times. Rarely easy, unlike so many others. Sometimes read a Facebk group but too big and too drastic! Glad for you.

    I joined some fasting teams on Spark but they are basically defunct EXCEPT there is a newer one but a lot of leaning toward low carb, which I just do not want to be reminded of any more than I do already. I am actually not a very serious faster.

    I just finished reading/listening to Brad Pilon's book Eat Stop Eat. It is amazing and free on Amazon Kindle. I was able to complete a 24 hour fast and felt wonderful. As I neared that 24 hour mark, I was euphoric. I usually do 16-18 hours and have no problem with that time frame. I am going to follow his suggestions and do a 24 hour fast once or twice a week. His explanations for how and why this works are clear and easy to understand. I am so glad that you brought this up. I don't tell people that I do this fasting, so it is nice to be able to share this with someone. I sent you an email or pm but I don't know if you got it. Have a great day. Spring is coming emoticon
