Hey everyone, Taylor here :)
I can't even imagine sitting here & writing to y'all my ENTIRE story, but I will just say this- I have struggled with my weight & eating habits my entire life. It has always been an up & down roller coaster... & I'm finally ready to get off this ride. I'm ready to do something about this rather than sitting around saying how much I hate it & how badly I wish things could be different. "I can, I will, I AM."

I have been the binge eater... Eating anything & everything I could get my hands on in order to make myself feel "full" because I was feeling so "empty". I have leaned on food for so long & I'm finally breaking up with it.

Though this journey may be a long one, & a challenging one, it's going to be worth it at the end of the day. I'm making progress, little by little, each day. It's all about the baby steps (that's what I keep telling myself) and building a strong foundation for a better future. There is no looking back, only looking forward from here on out.

The changes you make today lead to a new life tomorrow.
TODAY is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday.
Remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons. Love yourself, trust your choices, & everything is possible.

    Hi!Thanks for creating the One day at a time team. We seem to have very similar goals and I love the idea behind the group's name. I don't want to succumb to the yo-yo effect and I want to to lose weight at a slow but steady permanent pace. emoticon
