This month I will start the Chalean Extreme circuit again.
I enjoyed the last round although it was challenging it was very rewarding.

August 2009
This month I am continuing with Chalean extreme and am doing the Lean phase. (done)

I am focusing on eating more fruit and walking more.
I continue to eat the Abs way.

mini challenge is to aim for 20,000 steps per day.

July 2009

This month I am completing the push phase of Chalean Extreme. (done)

I am continuing the Abs diet principles.

June 2009

I have reached my goal for last month of 20,000 steps in one day.

This month I will be using heavier weights for training and improving my running.

I will complete the Burn circuit of Chalean Extreme. (done)

I will continue to focus on the abs diet principles

Life in the fast lane has its charms, but for your sanity and health, you need to stop now and then. Slow down and reflect upon yourself. How are you going? Am I looking after myself? Could I be better?

Bodies in motion tend to stay in motion: that is the Law of Inertia. Committment to physical activitly is a win/win situation. Good for your health - heart lungs etc but also for your innner being, lifts your mood makes you feel good.

This month I commit to being more active consistantly.

I need to use heavier weights for my strength training.

Positive psychology calls it "flourishing". A sense of well-being arises when you;re happy,healthy and fulfilled. It's not that your life is perfect - whose is? But healthy habits and a positive attitude set us up to make the most of what happens. Think of a plant that's thiving: it draws proper nutrients from its surroundings; it's strong enough to withstand rough weather; it's flexible enough to bend with the wind.
