Fitness Minutes: 10,356

My Goals:
Now that I have passed my goal weight, I am working on fitness goals. I hope to keep going with my running program, and be able to run a 5k next year (2010). Also I want to keep going to the gym on a regular basis.

My Program:
 The first thing that I am doing is tracking everything that I eat. Next I am working out 4 days a week after work. Finally I am keeping my portion sizes under control.
