The littlest baby just turned one and I've got about 25 pounds to get back to my ideal weight. I'm a recent vegetarian (since March 2011) and that didn't seem to help the weight drop since I was overeating on goodies. I've been a competitive swimmer my whole life and I had done a few triathlons before having the first baby, so I'd like to get back into that. I had already started moving in a positive direction before joining SP and joined the site to help seal the deal and have a way to talk about successes and setbacks in a place it's welcome.

Fitness Minutes: 1,061

My Goals:
I want to fit back into my pre-baby clothes. The nice ones I got for finally loosing the extra post college weight. And relegate my current wardrobe back to the maternity box before the little one can talk (I'd better hurry up)!

My Program:
Slowly adding one healthy goal per week to get to where I want to be. I am alternatng a nutrition goal with a fitness goal to give time for things to sink in.
6. Have been using 10lb weights. Most moves need more. Take more time at 1 weight session this week to find proper weights.
5. Record nutrition in FitDay every other day. 2,000 calorie target for those days. Use HR Monitor for Cardio.
4. Weights for 20 minutes plus warm up and cool down 2x a week.
3. No more than 3 goodies (cake, chocolate, brownie, cookie) per week.
2. Working out 30 minutes 3x a week.
1. No more than 1 goodie in a single day.

Stay at home mommy of two.
6'0" tall
180 start weight
155 goal weight
