Fitness Minutes: 510

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 140 lbs by Christmas, lft weights to develop defined muscles in my upper arms and abs - though after 4 kids, I may need more help than just weight lifting ;).

My Program:
 - Eat 5 small meals throughout the day at 3 hour intervals.
- Do not skip meals
- Keep away from sweets - this will be hard!
- Exercise for an hour 3X a week
