I am 48 and in the process of major change in my life.
My husband of 11 years has moved on in his life.
I was hoping to not visit the divorce road again in my life but
sometimes things are out of our control and we just have to react
in the best way we see fit. I have been angry and hurt and it is now
time for me to move my life into a positive direction.

I'm trying to work on both my nutrition and my fitness levels, both of which were sadly neglected for many many years. It's hard to keep track of both. It seems when I do good with one, I slip on the other. Eventually I'll have both on track then I'm sure my body won't be so confused.

I've been working on my weight for the past several years on and off (mostly off over the last 2 years). They say you don't put the weight on overnight but it sure felt like overnight to me.

I try to eat clean, unprocessed most of the time.
I've noticed that in the past once my body starts to sweat and I start to get uncomfortable I stop thinking I've had enough. I'm now trying to push myself beyond that point.

I work full time as a fast food manager and my hobbies include walking on local trails and my tropical fish tanks.

Mom to 3 ranging in age from 28 down to 7 and stepmom to 7 more.
I love to crochet and my fish aquariums. I'm a fast food manager who works 10 hr days and am working on balancing life and work.
