Hello! I'm a recently engaged 32 year old who's mind is always running! Shooting for 20lbs first, then going for the full 30. Hopefully with all your help and support, I can make it happen.

Fitness Minutes: 241

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20-30lbs by March. I've been on this rollercoaster for the last 10 or more years. Unfortunatly, in the past... I've found some unhealthy ways to lose weight, as you can tell/see, they haven't worked. This time I'm taking a different approach and trying to do it the healthy way. Hoping to acheive, maintain and do the best I can
to obtain a healthy lifestyle.


My Program:
Working night shift does put a damper on how to plan out my meals and when I work out. Usually I'll excersize on days when I have a night off.
I am in process of converting to a vegan. So you won't find any red meat in my meals. You will find minimal milk products, and minimal eggs. Like I said I'm in the process and as I become more acclimated to the vegan lfestyle, most of the minimals should fall off. Hoping to be totally converted by Jan 30th 2010.



Personal Information:
I live in MA, hate the frigid winters and hate the humid summers, but I LOVE the fall.
Wish I could have 60-70 degrees year 'round.


Other Information:
I Love to work out...let me clarify , eh hem, Once I'm in the gym or once I start working out, I love it.
Sometimes I do need to be motivated. Hopefully my sparkfam will help with that.

Favorite kind of stuff: Hiking, jogging, lifting weights, playing with my Nintendo WII, listening to most types of music, traveling, photography, reading and dancing or just sitting, watching shows and movies with my fiance.
