My Goals:
I want to lose 60 more pounds, get down to 140 lbs. To have good sugars, feel good, have more energy. I want to learn to be victorious over some of the eating habits I have had all my life, and never been able to overcome.

My Program:
 I have been just trying to stay around or under the 1200 calories, and trying to get exercise every day of some kind.
