I am the new version of the old me!

Fitness Minutes: 3,138

My Goals:
My original goal was to lose some weight. My new goal is to lose some weight, be in better health, feel better about myself, and motivate others.
As of 11/10/2011, I am committing to hitting the weight of 168 by the end of the year! Also, fitness streaking through the end of the year! Well, I didn't hit the goal by year end. My new goal date is February 21, 2012 (1 year anniversary of change)

My Program:
 Currently, I am eating a balanced diet. Trying my best not to consume things that are bad for me, ie sweets, candy, fried foods etc! Exercising 5-6 days weekly. Cardio, strength training and circuits with Jeanette Jenkins DVD.


Personal Information:
**100 Day plan for 2012 starting February 22, 2012***

Starting weight in Jan 2011 was 242 lbs! I am 5'9" so therefore I was definitely a "big girl"! As of 11/10/2011, I am down to 179 lbs and shooting for 168 by 12/31/2011. Didn't make my goal by year end! But, I am still chugging along. I know it will come. I have Faith!!!

Other Information:
 I am addicted to Haribo Gummy Bears!
