Back To What Works!


Hello! My name is Erin and I'm in Sacramento, CA.
After signing up on SparkPeople in Sept 2010, I lost a total of 110 lbs. I was able to keep it off over the next year or so, but recently gained about 30 of it back.
Instead of buying bigger clothes and giving in, I jumped back onto SparkPeople before things REALLY got out of control.

My goal is to get back down to my goal weight of 150 lbs. and to run another half marathon in Dec. 2012

My Program:
 Logging my food, water and exercise on SparkPeople.
Making wise choices when it comes to food, but not denying myself either. Moderation!!
Walking, running and free weights.
