    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Hi Kim! Great job on your 15 lbs! My strategy is to write everything down that I put in my mouth. From past experience, I know I'm much more successful when I plan ahead and account for my food choices. I lost 50 lbs in Weight Watchers years ago, then had kids, and gained back 70. That seems like such a huge number to me! So for now, I'm focusing on getting under 200, which is 20 lbs. Once there, I'll set a new goal. Let's keep each other going! emoticon

    Hi Stacy. I added you as a friend. I'm also looking at 80 to 90 pounds. What I've been doing is 10 pounds at a time. So far I'm down 15. Yeah me!!! Let me know how your doing. What's your strategy?

    Thanks for your comment on my SP Blog! Yes, I have an audio podcast with some really nice music in the background that goes really well, divided up into one podcast for each week and the guy coaches you along, telling you when to stop and start each interval. I got it on iTunes, but this is the direct link to the guy's site, which has a button to get the podcasts.

    I run outside. I have a treadmill and access to them at the gym, but don't really ike walking on them much less running. For one, I find it somewhat boring unless I am reading, and just don't like the feel, and for another, I love the fresh air and sunshine!
