Hey all!

I'm not new here but I'm starting again on January 1, 2021. I want to lose 87 lbs. I'm not going to quit this time - I'm going to make it to my goal and get healthy again.

Fitness Minutes: 80,100

My Goals:
I'd like to lose 87 pounds and get fit again.

My Program:
Well, I'm going to start out using my treadmill and exercise bike. I'm shooting for 3-5 times a week. I'm going start eating better again. We'll see where things go from there.

Personal Information:
I'm from Minnesota living in Wisconsin. I'm a female 58 years old. I'm single with 2 sweet kittys. I'm a big animal lover, as well as a HUGE Keith Urban fan.
