I'm a traveller--walking, learning. There are so many areas of my life that need growth and adjustment, but I'mthankful for the chance to get up and try again. God's love for me (and you) never ends. So, today, I look up, listen, ask for strength and the courage to obediently and joyfully follow.

Organizer Lady ("Messies Anonymous"--Sandra Felton)--Good motivational quotes and ideas about perseverance, ordering home and life. I have and have been reading some of Sandra Felton's books and receive some regular emails.

Learn from and hope in God--this is first actually--He is the one who loves me most, He is the one I live for.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge.     I also make 'backwards timed' lists - very helpful to start the day in a more organized fashion.
