    Good Chilly Saturday to you...no worries about late responses...I don't ever keep up with all the chatter here nn Spark either. Too much to do around home and work SO...YES, the Dread...she's really the best purchase I've made I think, altho I REALLY hate her sometimes.
    The wonderful (NOT) thing is I hit goal....last Fall....and just couldn't maintain the tempo and attention needed to stay there...this time, I'm really going to focus to make it stick...I find I truly do enjoy healthy food much more than junk but when I get stressy about life it's so easy to let go and just pig on chocolate, cookies, etc....it's a journey...

    i think i got here while browsing the "20s" group. i'm trying to lose a little weight the 2nd time around too, so i'm trying to find some friends in the same boat! this morning i was just thinking how much easier it was to keep track of everything on SP, so i dusted off my old account. you're right in your blog entry - using the site just makes you feel so much better!

    Came across your recent blog on Spark Maine Team page....and see that you're not far from me outside Augusta...hubby and I bought P90X and I am on week 6 altho I've modified the program just a bit to include the running that keeps me sane. Best to you as you embark on a journey to drop some pounds...you've got a good plan, so I see success in your future, hehe. Take care, be well~
