Hi. I'm Susan. I live in Southern California. I'm married, no kids, two, dogs, one cat. I am 63. My ultimate goal is to lose 200 pounds (yikes!), I met my stage one goal on April 8, 2018 of losing 50 pounds and now it's on to stage 2. I'm working on the second 50 pounds. It's been slow going and I've had set backs but I refuse to quit.

I am an EL (extra leader) on the Spirited Underdog team in the 5% challenge. It's a good way to get to know others and support one another, with some accountability, but no pressure. Come join us!

2020 has been quite a year and forced lots of changes on us all. Some just plain irritating, some good. It has forced me to finally get my home gym set up since my gym has been closed for over 6 months. I'm starting to get back into the habit of regular workouts.

Fitness Minutes: 50,167

My Goals:
1. lose 200 pounds (37.7% of the way there)
2. to gain more freedom of movement (getting there!)

Goals:
1. Eat between 1200 and 1400 calories a day
2. sodium = below 2400
3. fiber = 20 a day grams per day
4. weight training = 3-4 times per week
5. Dog walk 3-4 times per week
6. Prepare and eat home cooked meals.




My Program:
I am following a meal plan that includes all things in moderation. Trying to hit between 1200 and 1400 calories a day.



Personal Information:
I work full-time with an estimated retirement date of July 1, 2022. I am a needle worker and crafter when I can find the time.

    Thanks for info on pup food. I had err am hoping the Rachael Raye food works since I have Littles with so many issues. Blue was second on the list.A bit more $$ but worth it to get good food for them.

    Thanks for wishing me a good DOTD. It always motivates me when something good like that happens. My Maggie is a rescue cat that ended up with no home when her person unfortunately passed away so she came to live with me. She is a sweetie that's for sure but not totally thrilled with her sib Shadow who has only lived here for about a year. I figure they will get along eventually LOL!!!!

    emoticon Happy Friday SSS Susan! Ive had a quiet week too, shifted into a new fitness schedule. I’m trying a 4:1 schedule, work out 4 days, then rest 1 day. This came about as a result of class availability, and I find it works for me. Today is 1 - so I get to rest, gonna run errands, swing by Trader Joe’s to pick up more pizza dough and restock on essentials. Will stop in later, I know you have shenanigans up your sleeve, I feel it! Mwahahaha emoticon
