TIMING - "the ability to select the precise moment for doing something for optimum effect"! Timing is everything and now is my time to shine. My weight has been an ongoing struggle for the past 15 yrs. I feel like for every pound I lose I gain 3 back. I'm ready to be a success story! I want to look good, feel good and more importantly I want to be able to keep up with my kids and teach them how to live a healthy lifestyle so they won't struggle with weight issues. I'm looking for advice, inspiration, and sympathy as I return yet again to Sparkpeople ready to get real and get real results!

LONG TERM GOALS:
1. To lose weight and develop healthy habits along the way.
2. To set a good example for my kids so they learn now the importance of eating right and exercising.
SHORT TERM GOAL:
#1 - to get in a minimum of 15 mins cardio/day - no excuses! When it comes to exercise MORE IS BETTER!
#2 -To Keep it Simple, taking one step at a time
#3 To go to bed each night feeling like I really tried to achieve my goals each day
