A Bit About Me


I'm from Seminole, Florida, USA. That's in the Tampa Bay area. I've lived here for 3 years as of July 3rd 2009.

I started on another web site about a week before joining this one. I was 164 there, but 161 when I joined SparkPeople.

I've wondered for a long time whether what I was eating was truly healthy or not. Now the guessing is over.

My Goals:
Get back into shape. I dream of those days when I was 27 and had a 28" pants waist and weighed 135ish.

My Program:
 Keeping my nutritional goals within the goals set by SparkPeople. Cutting sodium to reasonable levels.

Living in the Seminole, Florida 33777 area. That's in the Tampa Bay area. Originally from the Toronto area. I have have lived in South Miami, Edmonton, and the Northern Virginia areas.
