I am a serial yo yo dieter who disappoints herself with yearly weight gain and loss. I suffer from the syndrome of not knowing how to maintain. The last two years I was on a journey to lose a total of 70 pounds. I DID IT! However, to reach my goal weight, I still want to lose 16 more pounds to reach 135 pounds, and I have fluctuated between 149-151 for the past two weeks (as of Feb. 8). I also need to create a plan of action so I will be ready to maintain my weight once I reach my goal weight. ...

Hey ! Hopefully your weigh in went better then mine ! I only lost 1lb. But I stay within my calorie range and run 30 minutes a day! You're going to be able to do it no problem !
