    So I went to work out tonight. I hadn't been in a month and a half and was worried i had gained weight because of me not working out. I actually went back down to my start weight in October and so I had lost the 5 i had gained and was all sad about. Anyway, just weird a month of me not "caring" and I lose 5lbs. Keep up the good work sweetie and we can do it. i just was shocked and had to share. emoticon

    I have a little game I want to play with you and it's really easy, I give you a little mini challenge, you in turn give it to someone else, and they give it to someone and lets see how far it can get passed around. Only thing is it has to be someone who hasn't been challenged or the person who challenged you.

    I challenge you to do 20 bicycle crunches..... When you have done them pass a challenge of your choosing on to someone else with what you were challenged and if you completed it.

    I was challenged 20 chair squats. I completed that and the 10 wall pushups she was challenged.
