Hey all! I'm back! AGAIN. I am a 56-yr-old mom to 2 fantastic young men, "special auntie" to a wonderful niece (20) and nephew (19), and married to a great guy who's a diehard rugby, hockey and soccer player.

Since 2009 I have been up and down about 50 pounds. Yikes! I am back to Sparkpeople because it's been incredibly helpful to me in the past and I really enjoy all the great folks I've met on here.

So: I am back at it, starting over (again!) with all the things I know that work for me. No diets, just choosing healthy, whole foods, watching my portions and moving my body more.

I am ready to let the weight go and live a healthier, more vibrant life. I would like my outer appearance to match the way I feel inside.

And, as I grow older, I want to be feisty, fit and HEALTHY. I want to be charging up the trails with my hiking buddies when I'm 70!

So glad to be back here on Sparkpeople and I'm always looking for new Sparkfriends...friend me! I'm into hiking, fitness walking, scrapbooking, movies, books and photography.
