I am ready to make a lifestyle change! I quit smoking and now I'm ready to be at a healthy weight forever. I have lost weight and then gained it back so many times before. I keep going back up to this "default" weight. I need to permanently change my eating habits and lifestyle but we all know that this is the hardest thing to do. I am very motivated to reach my goal.

I believe in my self and I know I can do it this time!

As an incentive to myself I am starting a weigh in

My Goals:
My goal is to loose 30 lbs by my birthday, April 28th.


My Program:
I am going to the gym 4-5 times per week each morning before work for 30 minutes.

When the weather permits I like to walk the trials by my job on my lunch break, hike at the state park and go jogging at around the 3 mile radius lake near my job.

I am eating 3 healthy meals and 1 snack each day.

For breakfast I have a bowl of fruit, yogurt and granola.

For lunch I have a small salad and a Healthy Choice/Lean Cuisine, and WW Smart Ones.

For dinner I have something like chicken breast or salmon with vegatables.

I have cut back on drinking, snacking and eating out. Those WERE my biggest downfalls.



Personal Information:
I'm from PG County, then Crofton, and now living in beautiful Baltimore, MD.


Other Information:
I love to do family activities with my 12 yr old daughter. I also love hanging out with my friends, dancing, drinking, laughing, watching movies, traveling and going to new places and trying new things.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
