Here we go again!

Five years ago this month (September 19) I started an amazing journey and lost 30 lbs, started running 5Ks, hiked, and felt like I lost 20 years of age. A knee injury turned into backsliding that here we are 5 years later with 30 plus pounds to carry around.

Refocusing on closing out my 40s in a couple years and welcoming my 50s in top notch health.

My Goals:
Long term overall goal:
*Stop hurting
*Gain more energy
*Feel good in my own skin
*Develop a better sense of balance
*Increase flexibility
Oh yeah, and maybe lose some weight along the way.

Short term (October - December)
*Increase physical activity
*Wog 3 days a week
*30 Day Yoga Challenge
*Target 10 lbs deficit

My Program:
For the rest of this year (October - December)
*Lose 10-15 lbs by the end of the year by:
*Participating in the 2019 Fall 5% Challenge (Go Cloverleafs)
*Record daily exercise
*"Wog" 3 days a week
* Cardio 2-3 days a week
* Hip Flexor strengthening exercises every other day
* Record the food I eat (focus on types of food not just calorie count)
* Record water intake (min 64 oz a day)

Personal Information:
I'm clumsy and I guess you'd say I'm the class clown but really I'm just me. I'm a bit quirky and smart and fully accept that I'm a bit of a nerd, bit of geek, bit of book junky, bit of a clown, a bit out there, and most of all that I have a big heart and love who I am becoming and my family very much.

I am also very outspoken about being bipolar and all the joys that come with it. All mental health issues are open for discussion. :)

Other Information:
My name "Stuckinmycubby" originally came from the fact that I worked out of a cubicle which was super small. Now I'm stuck in my closet of an office but at least I have a door :)
