Hocus pocus, time to focus!!
Head down, getting fit one day at a time. Vegetarian. Crossfitter. Dog-crazy. I live in Maryland, near D.C. Some people "Holla" for stuff... I "Roar!"
I've found that doing right by myself makes it possible to love myself which makes *happiness* possible, which makes me love myself, which makes me do right by myself. Vicious, delicious circle!!
I am occasionally described as "intense." At the risk of sounding defensive, I ask -- since when is intensity a bad thing?! ...

I am occasionally described as "intense." At the risk of sounding defensive, I ask -- since when is intensity a bad thing?! Passion, zeal, fire, spirit, vigor, commitment at least are NOT BLAND. I crave intense experiences. Maybe that means I am intense. So be it. No apology. Dispassion is not me.
It's a blessing to live with this little tickle of joy and love all by and for myself. What's that feeling called? Oh yeah, that's the SPARK.

Things I try to do:
Crossfit WODs 5 days per week!
Follow spark diet (track and stay
within calorie and macronutrient range, water, etc.)
If I screw up, get back on the horse immediately.
Hang in there even if I'm not perfect. Don't give up!
