I just read your comment on Greg's feed regarding his tremendous weight loss and your desire to reach 130. I just want you to know that I have reached the goal you desire, and it is so worth it. Keep going. Don't stop. Keep doing what you're doing. The result of arriving at 130 is absolutely wonderful. I'm sure heads are turning at your current success, but to reach full on slender AND healthy, well, there are almost no words for that (You will hear the sound of jaws dropping and eyes popping, though!) Clothes will absolutely flow on your body. No bumps. No bulges. What can I say? You'r gonna love it. Plus, it's not that far off in the distance. Good luck. I know you can do it. You've proven that already! Spark On!

Taller people take only 2000 step to cover a mile, shorter people take about 2,500 steps to keep up. If you are 5'4" to 5' 8" you are Average Height and take about 2,250 steps per mile.

Count your steps for 1 minute. Multiply your 1 minute step count x number of minutes you walk.

I stepped 128 times, x ten minutes = 1,280 steps divided by formula for mile (I'm average height so I use 2,250) = 0.56 mile

I jogged around coffee table for ten minutes... but what is it that per hour? x6 more my ten minutes distance.
    0.56 x6 = 3.36 mph

emoticon for outdoor walks I notice my time then trace it on driving maps for mileage
I walked for 20 minutes. The map says I covered 0.75 miles.
mph is looking at what if I kept up the pace 60 minutes ( that's 3x my 20 minutes mileage)
    0.75miles x3 = 2.25 mph is what I walk in the outdoors

I’m trying hard to not get discouraged when i see the pounds yo-yo. Those are the days when I really need to see some encouraging words. Thank you 🙏 to all the kind people that have made me feel like keeping on.
