taking care of ME now


I am a women living in Wyoming. I am a mother and I work in a rehab hospital and I spend all my time taking care of others so when it comes time to do things for me I am really bad with coming up with reasons not to take care of me. I am making my health and welfare my priority as I now see that it is key to truly being the best that I can be for everyone else.

My Goals:
Ultimately lose 46 pounds.

Stay away from sugar and processed foods

NO POP! Not even diet!

My Program:
 I am trying to bring healthy living into my life. I do not look at it as a diet as I want these things to be a part of my life for the rest of my life so I am not as concerned about fast weight loss. I want to be healthy in every sense of the word and the rest will take care of itself.


Personal Information:
I am from Casper Wyoming. I am a fun and outgoing person that is constantly learning new things to the point that it is amazing even to me how much I DON'T KNOW. lol

Other Information:
 Life is too short to be serious all the time. Laughter really is the best medicine and if you can't laugh at yourself then you need to figure out how.
