To remove obesity, avoid Type II, high bp, high cholesterol and low T. To loose belly fat and see some kind of abdominal definition besides a bulge over my belt. To overcome the detriment of Metabolic Syndrome.

-Be proactive in pursuit of happiness, health and peace

    Hi, thanks for your comments on my blog. Last night will probably be the only time my DD wears the whites and cap. LOL They've gotten away from that in recent years. Still, there's nothing that says "nurse" like a white dress (or pant suite in the case of guys) and a cap.
