Hi, thanks for the nice comment on my page. And in answer to your question, I'm not following any specific plan. Just keeping my calories in the SP range and working out most days. In the beginning I lost 20 pounds by walking 6-10miles a day, then I plateaued so I backed off on walking and added in the 30 day shred dvd and lost 20 pounds in that month, then the weight slowed down again so I started using the elliptical every day along with strength training 3x a week, and recently I slowed down on weight loss again so I started the C25K program(along with my strength training) and I've lost that 5 pounds this week. So I guess my "secret" to losing weight is being super consistent with my healthy eating and then mixing the exercise up. When my body gets used to something I change it up and try something new. Oh, and I drink TONS of water. My water bottle goes everywhere with me. I certainly don't have it all figured out yet, I just try to be consistent with my intake and try find what form of exercise works best for my body. Good luck! 4345 days ago

Hey Nicole! I'm excited about BLC6!!! Its my first challenge and i've heard tons of people say its how they lose alot of their weight. Just wanted to say HI and glad we are partners!! Good luck and keep that Florida trip in mind! its great motivation!!! GO BORA BORA!
I had a question for you, this is my first BLC, and not too sure exactly how things work. I know we're put into teams and we work together and support each other. Not sure if anything else happens? I've watched the show, so i know its the same kind of idea.
