    Welcome to the Cloverleaf team! If you enjoy walking you should check out walking4fun.com. Ryan hiked a ton of trails and you can virtually walk them. Each mile or so you walk, a picture will pop up from the trail.

    Looks like we have similar goals this round ... about 10 pounds a month.
    My strategy will be lots of veggies and proteins and almost no carbs.
    Plus lots and lots of water and green tea.

    Welcome to the San Diego team! I got an email that said you joined, though I don't see it on your list. The team looks big but it's actually really tiny, darn it. Turns out most of the members aren't active on Spark. I lead two other teams and have let things go here, but I aspire to be better in 2020. I lost 21% of my weight several years ago and have kept it off for the most part for eight years. I do not aspire to be at the low end of my BMI range, especially as a senior citizen- thinner seniors do not recover as well from health problems- but I do aspire to eat and move with a an eye toward vitality and a long healthspan (rather than a long, but unhealthy life). You can think of me as your Aunt Oola, if you like! I hope to hear from you on the chat thread. Maybe we can even meet up for a brisk walk and coffee sometime! I live in South Park near the 94, 15, 805, and 5. emoticon
