Fitness Minutes: 1,175

My Goals:
To be strong, fit and full of energy. To eat when I 'm hungry, sleep when I'm tired and live and laugh and love the rest of the time.

1st goal-stop avoiding social situations because people take note of my weight gain. They took note of my weight loss in not so nice ways. I will not let myself be embarrassed or feel the need to explain.

My Program:
Exercise 30-60 minutes at least 5 days a week. 1 to 2 days are strength, pilates or yogo. The other days are cardio. Drink a glass of water before I decide if I am really hungry.

Personal Information:
I'm a mom, a social worker, a friend and a wife. I have 3 boys, the oldest are fraternal twins. I love cats-I don't have any. I love chocolate and I've had way too much of that. I love life and people. I'm planning to like me a lot more when I can trust myself to do what is right for my body and my soul. This website sure helps!

Other Information:
I have 3 beautiful, intense, funny boys. Every day is a toss up for personal injury or property damage. I'm a fan of Alyson Schafer's The Good Mom Myth right now. I highly recommend it. I have a masters degree but as a parent I feel clueless and amazed every single day. Who left me in charge anyway?
