    It sounds like quite a bit has changed in your world the last little bit - great job for finding your way to make fitness work. Would you mind sharing your 12 minute routine? I had written up 5 exercises to do each morning, followed by 2 sunsalutations to stretch and I can't get myself to do them!

    You mentioned me being active - I find in the summer it is so easy being active. I absolutely love being outdoors. It's the winters that creep up on me - yes I love snow and love being outside even then - but it's harder.
