    So I took your advice and looked up some vegan recipes!! I printed out a bunch of them. I will be trying the potato and corn chowder soup tomorrow. I will let you know how it turns out!! It gives me an excuse to use my food processor emoticon

    You are so right. Everything does hurt when you are fat. I'm working on fixing that here. I hope you continue the journey toward healthy living as well. So what if you've fallen off the wagon for a little bit of the ride? Just REfocus on being healthy and not constantly in pain. Keep at it.

    Try making a list of the habits that will make you healthy and try to do something that reinforces each one of them every day.

    On days when the scale stands still or goes backwards, keep in mind that water retention is often the culprit. If you stay on your plan and you are exercising, the weight will come off. I keep telling myself that my spirit is stronger than my flab.

    Lastly, you are still young and have soooo much to enjoy. You'll get sooooo much more enjoyment out of your life as a fit person rather than a fat person. Yes, you have to change your style of nutrition and fitness, but when you start realizing the benefits, you'll also embrace those changes and love your life!
