Introduction Text My name is Stacy, and I am 30 years old. I am married to an amazing supportive husband, and I have a beautiful daughter named Amelia. I lost more than 40 pounds with Sp over a year ago, and not that my baby girl is here, I am ready to get back at it. I have alot of weight to loose, but I am driven and determined to reach my goal weight for the sake of my health and the longevity of my life. My main goal is to have a happy and health family. My weight loss goal is about 230 pounds...hey it took me almost 30 years to get where I'm at, so I am prepared for it to take a couple of years to reach my goal weight.

I have totally cut out soda...which is a big deal for me because I was addicted to diet Pepsi! I also haven't had any red meat or pork...and processed flour or sugar. I drink about a half gallon of water a day...and My biggest accomplishment so far is SKIM MILK!!! I am so proud of myself because a short time ago, I was a die hard whole milk addict!

I am 29 years old. I am happliy married. I live in Tampa FL where I was born an raised.
