Getting to know you...
Losing weight and dealing w/ health issues in a public forum is a new thing for me, I've always been pretty shy and self -conscious about it. So here's to making new friends, helping others and vice versa!
I work in the arts as a prop master and love being in an environment w/ so much creativity. I want to regain all the energy and focus I had when I was in better shape and then some! Here's to 2012!

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
lose some weight, improve overall wellness, improve asthma and allergies
- 120 lb (ultimately)
- 180 by 3/1
- 160 by 5/15 = reward = caribbean get away in the summer!
- 150 by July 4th.
- 20 pushups
My Program:
-1200-1500 cal. per day
-30 min. strength training, 3x per week
-walk more. I hate doing cardio for it's own sake (treadmills, etc). I know that's lame of me. I'm working on it.

I love old movies, football, and have a brain filled w/ useless trivia.
