One more day and I am on my way!


I am a 36 year old single mom. The past 2 years I have gained 25 lbs. just sitting on my butt and not living my life. I need to get back out there and live my life, not sit home and isolate myself because I am so embarassed of the weight I have gained. I have always been a strong woman, and intend to be from the inside out! God has brought me this far and I need to be in the best shape I can be to give back the gifts He has given to me...

My Goals:
I want to lose 25 lbs and get back into all the clothes in my closet as well as all the new clothes that have been given to me...

My Program:
 I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I lost all my pregnancy weight doing tae bo 10 years ago and kept it off for 7 years. I keep starting a program and stopping when I don't see the results fast enough. I need to realize I am not 25 any longer and it is going to take longer! to get the results and I cant give up!! I have comcast on demand so I use fit tv for workouts when I need a change in my workouts since I get bored easy. I do all circuit training workouts to stay on track with Jillians style and have started back up with TaeBo T3!


Personal Information:
I live in Southern New Jersey am on my way to getting fit and hopefully going back to school. I want to be a drug and alcohol couselor.

    emoticon Hi friend! Thanks for the comment. I know what you mean about the jeans. I bought some new pants for work. One pair was particularly tight, but I wanted them. So, I keep trying them on every week to see if I am closer to being able to wear them. I am sooooooo almost there!!! Hang in there!! We can get through this!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hi Stacy! I'm delighted to hear you got your email problem sorted. phew!! The helpdesk people are great, really helpful.

    I had a great vacation in Portugal, the weather was great, the food wonderful, the beer divine.....and I'm up 4.5lbs....YIKES!!
