Hello! I'm Stacie :)

I have struggled with my weight for the last 5 years, and it seems like every time I jump on the scale it just gets higher and higher. I began to lose weight successfully when I learned I have a sensitivity to gluten (which was causing inflammation, joint and muscle pain and extreme fatigue) and cut gluten out of my diet. That was almost 2 years ago now and since healing my intestines I have been able to handle small amounts of gluten...but my weight disagrees with that! Since eating gluten again I can feel the weight come back, I just didn't realize how much was coming back! I am now heavier than I have ever been, weighing in at 215.6 pounds.

My weight and vitality is important to me, but it also has an effect on my work. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant (RHN for short) and how I look effects how clients perceive me. So for myself, my business and my clients, I need to get my health and life in order!

My Goals:
Daily Goals:
-Do something good for myself every day
-Go for a walk every day
-Stretch daily
-Eat healthy, think healthy, be healthy

Mid-term Goals:
-Lose 2lbs a week
-Stick to my weight loss plan
-Seek support when I need it

Long Term Goals:
-Cut out all junk food
-Be able to run without getting out of breath
-Live a happy, healthy life

Completed goals:
Make a visual goal collage (jan 2012)
Know the difference between healthy food and junk food (jun 2013)

My Program:
-No junk food.
-Go for a walk every day
-Do yoga at least once a week
-Realizing that everyone makes mistakes, but it's important to learn from them and move on.
-Stretching daily
-Follow the exercise routine
-Avoid the foods that make me ill

Personal Information:
I'm Stacie, a 25 year old Maritimer! I studied holistic nutrition and graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant in 2013, run my own holistic health business and am an Independent Arbonne Consultant. I am also about to start a new journey by going to school for addictions and mental health counselling! Some days it seems like I never stop, and I'm just fine with that!

I have a passion for reading, writing and getting creative in the kitchen.

There are a lot of health concerns in my family and I want to avoid them and live the healthiest, happiest life I can! My father believed (and reminded me often) that I have the strength to do anything. I know I can lose this weight, and I know that I will!

Other Information:
I strongly believe that having a balance in life is important. When things are out of balance, chaos comes so balance can be gained once more.

Body, Mind and Spirit in balance makes a happy, healthy person!

    Hey girl, thanks for the comment on my page! It is good to see you back here too. I certainly need to get back in the habit of tracking my exercise but I haven't been on here as much because I can't diet right now! I'm 15 weeks pregnant with our second child! Very very excited about it! But I am still trying to eat healthy as possible and get in plenty of exercise so I don't gain too much weight. Luckily my biggest cravings are for my favorite salad and lots of fresh fruits! I gained 45 lbs with my son..and I am definitely not going there again! Well I hope you are well, I'll be back to check on you every few days :)
