My Goals:
To loose weight...dont really have a specific weight in mind...I just want to be comfortable in my own skin....

To not have to have the possibility of having to use the extra seatbelt thingy on planes...I live over 4000km from home so I fly alot...and well I want to sit confortable in the seats and not be squished in

To complete the US Navy Seal workout...found it online and I WILL do it

My Program:
Just changing a few things...drinking more water...bringing a 1L bottle of water with me when I go plan is to go to the gym 4 times a week (schedual premitting...Im a retail manager and sometimes i work 12 hr days...but with all the running around I do at work it still some sort of a work out if I cnt make it to the gym) and I also try to get an aqua fit class in once a week too...Im also a bored eater so since I know Im going to be eating I try not to bring the junk in my house which is easy since I live by myself and I also try to have a bag a baby carrots (or any veg) with me when Im on the computer or watching tv

Personal Information:
Well Im 24, and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 after 4 yrs of test after test after Im trying to get that under control b/c Im tried of having it control me...
I moved to Arctic Canada last summer and enjoying it up here...but there is something to be said about the comfort of home...or should I sa the comfort of shopping in more then just 1 store! haha
