First I haven't taken a picture of myself in more years than I can count. So the pictures I will have on my page will be what I find on my nature walks or my inspiration and reason for being, my 10 year old son. He is what gets me up every morning and makes my life everything it is today. He is the reason I have been exercising so much. He makes sure that I walk every night on my treadmill then he follows me with his on walk or run. I have MS so if it is HOT outside the treadmill is usually where I get my exercise in, right in front of a fan and a ceiling fan on top. LOL I have had MS for almost 11 years and this is the first year I can say that I have been able to actually exercise and I am ready for the new and exciting beginnings in my life.

My Goals:
Are to be happy again. With MS and a ton of medication it has been impossible to lose weight. But now is the time. My goals are small, like being able to ride a bike with my son by his 11th birthday. I want to have 50lbs off by December but I am already getting ready to pass that goal (whoohoo). I have a few more but that is a start for now. Here we go.

My Program:
My 10 year old makes sure I get on my treadmill every night for at least 30 minutes. Since exercise wasn't even a part of my life for the last 10 years this is huge. Completely change our eating habits. Low carb high protein.

Personal Information:
My name is Rhonda and I am from Sturgeon, Missouri. I have an amazing husband and a 10 year old son that is everything that I am. When things aren't going well I just think that things could be much worse and pick myself back up and go again.

What would we do without our pets, they are our family? Good luck with Super Tiny and hope he gets better. I am doing much better and back to exercising like crazy, but I have a 10 year old that is helping me right along. He just lost his cat JD and we just replaced him with the cutest, sweetest kitten that he has named Duelly. I had forgotten what it was like to have a kitten in the house. We have a 93lb black lab named Sugar in the house also and they have fast become best friends. It has been a lot of fun watching that big dog and little kitten play together. Well anyway hope your Tiny gets better and thanks for the thoughts.

You are welcome for the flowers. emoticon

Our 15 year old cat Super Tiny, was in vet ICU from Thursday until Monday. He's home with us now and we are continuing his ICU treatment except for the constant IVs. The goal at home is to get him eating on his own and a little less than 24 hours after getting home, he's started eating with me also supplementing him by mouth with Catsure (cat version of Ensure).

So glad you are better and hoping my Super Tiny continues to improve too!
