I am here to gain knowledge, friends, and confidence.
I am here to lose weight.

I am 22 years old. I want to lose the weight. NO EXCUSES.
I am going to make this work. I am going to WIN this battle!

I am setting lots of "mini" HEALTHY goals, so that my ultimate goal does not feel so out of reach. For each goal met - I will reward myself. This wil be MOTIVATION to keep on going!!

My Goals:
I have never been "Normal Weight/BMI"

I want to be NORMAL!
I want to be HAPPY
I want to be HEALTHY
I want to TURN HEADS

Overall Goals:

I want to be able to RUN!

Have more confidence

Set Daily/Weekly Goals - and COMPLETE them!

Eat Healthy

Workout regularly

Get 8 hours of sleep

Write in my (food/exercise) Journal

Ultimate Goals:

I don't want to be winded when I walk up the stairs - I want to RUN up them!

I don't want to be depressed

I want to lower my BMI

I want to have a family someday!

Make healthier choices - and this includes the foods I buy, and the way I prepare them.

My Program:
I will be eating between 1500-2000 calories/day.

*100% Whole Wheat Grains
*Fresh Fruit
*Fresh Vegetables
*Lite Soy Dairy
*Lean Proteins
*Green Tea

I will be exercising 5x-6x a week.

* Walking
* Elliptical Trainer
* Jillian Michaels DVDS
* Billy Blanks DVDS
* Leslie Sansone DVDS
* Sparkpeople - online exercise videos
* Sparkpeople - online strength training videos

I will be using hand weights, a Heart Rate Moniter, stability ball, resistance bands, and a pedometer.

I am a HUGE fan of anything 'Biggest Loser' or 'Weight Watchers' so - I will be using recipe ideas from their books.

I will be tracking my food/calorie intake and burn with Sparkpeople.

I will use my food/exercise Journal everyday to track my progress.

I am ready for this LIFESTYLE change.
