My Goals:
To go up two flights of stairs without huffing and puffing.

To feel excited, not embarrassed to be with my husband.

To be able to bend over and pick things up.

To be able to easily put on a bra!

To ride a bike ALL the WAY to work without walking.

To keep the weight off forever!

at 150: Renew my vows with my husband on the same beach where we got married.

My Program:
I track all my food honestly. I use the tracker to plan ahead, knowing that if one meal derails I've got a foolproof plan for the next.

I eat four times a day, trying to get a protein and fiber source each time. It keeps me full and goal-oriented.

I wear a pedometer from the time I get up until I go to bed. I get at minimum two miles every day. I find just normal everyday functions result in about one mile and I have to be aware of working toward the second. Sometimes if it's too hot or too cold I just walk the mall!

Personal Information:
I live in St. Louis. I'm mom to the cutest preschooler in town and wife to a hunky manly guy. I'm a part-time biology professor at a local university.
