Introduction Text My highest adult weight was 165lbs which I reached twice. The first time was at the age of 39. I took up running which turned to marathon running which lead to ultra marathon running and I got lean by combining all that running with clean eating principles. The second time was when I was 43, I had fallen off the clean eating and running motivational band-wagon and the weight came back on. I felt unmotivated, sluggish, inflamed and bloated, achy, was not sleeping well and was extremely irritable. That was when I was introduced to Isagenix. Skeptical, I decided to give it a try. I felt a cloud lift after the first week. My motivation, spirit and mental clarity was back, plus I had released 6 lbs. After three months I had shed 30lbs and was feeling like a brand new woman. I was energetic, sleeping very well, less irritable and my cravings had diminished. I was shocked at the results. This program proved to be the easiest method of releasing fat and toxins than I had even tried before. My body was changing in other ways, too. I knew I was retaining lean muscle and felt compelled to get back into the gym to lift weights again. At age 44 I mustered up the courage to step WAY out of my comfort zone and step of stage in a figure competition where I placed 6th in both Masters and Novice Figure and WON the Transformation Challenge. I am now coaching others how to achieve great abundance in your life in the areas of health, fitness and lifestyle. I am a 44 years old figure competitor, marathoner and musher. I am a health, lifestyle and abundance coach with Isagenix International. I am a Fitness & Lifestyle Management graduate as well as having studied in aromatherapy and reflexology. I am a musher. Yes, I am a Canadian who actually drives a team of sled-dogs.
