    Hi Stephanie, wow it looks like we have a lot in common! I've been married almost 2 years and my hubby is also a Ben (and he sorta looks like your hubby!). As far as what I have learned, the most important thing is that it is not hopeless! So don't give up. My main issue is that I don't ovulate, I think that will come with the weight loss. So that's where I'm at right now. Other than that I have a normal cycle, I just tend to be prone to facial hair and acne and I also have Insulin Resistence. I'm not really on sparkpeople much anymore, but I do check it from time to time. Currently I'm forrowing the 6 week body makeover. My brother did it a couple of years ago and lost about 225lbs in a year. Which is a little fast, but since he was around 400lbs it came off pretty quick. What I like about it is that you eat 5-6 times a day and every meal is a balance of carbs and protein so my insulin levels stay even keel all day, which really helps. I'm currently in my first week right now. We are determined to get pregnant before the end of the year. I would like to lose 30lbs before the 4th of July. Ultimatly I would like to get down to 175, but if I get pregnant in my journey that would be great too. It looks like I have a little more to lose than you do, but I'm confident we can do it! Thanks for adding me as a friend, it's always nice to find others with similar interests and goals! emoticon
