Introduction Text Hi, I have decided to lose some weight and want a buddy to talk to. If you want the same thing let me know.

My goal is to look and feel better. To help and encourage others along the way.

To learn to track what I eat, exercise, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Keep myself motivated so I can reach my goal weight. Accomplish what I haven't been able to do in the past.

I live in Yakima, WA. I have a dog named Xena who I love very dearly. I have started watching a tv show called cooking yourself thin. I think it will be fun and I can have something different to eat without all the calories. I like to cook, bake, take walks, read, and watch movies.
