A devoted grazer/couch potato trying to fool my brain into thinking exercise is fun.

Fitness Minutes: 1,665

My Goals:
I would like to drop 10 lb's. I would be hysterically ecstatic if I could drop 15. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven if I dropped 20. But realistically, 10 would be great. I currently weigh 134 and I'm a vertically challenged 5'1". I think I'm the only Asian living in my area. I'm into preventative measures to keep healthy, or at least breathing.

My Program:
Kids gave me a membership to 24 for Christmas. Since then, I go T/Th/Sat/Sun. I alternate pieces of equipment each visit. I run about 6 mi on the treadmill; on other days I do 60 min on the elliptical, and 90 on the stairs of death. On M/W, I do core exercises.

Personal Information:
I decided I needed a change when I woke up with my back hurting. I usually hate the first two weeks of exercise, and then after that my ocd kicks in, and I become like a faithful dog going to the gym. Things I do not understand: why perky, 20 somethings with perfect 36C's go to the gym with full makeup on. Even their hair stays in perfect position when they run. I look like a near drowning victim hauled out of the lake when I exercise.

Other Information:
I am not happy with the scale. From tracking my calories on this site, I realize what a pig I am. I love to eat. Not just when I'm sad. I like food. Period. It tastes good. With that in mind, I need to work some of this lard off my gut. My goal is to not fall off any of the exercise equipment when I work out.

    Too funny! I loved your goal to 'not fall off any of the exercise equipment.' That is a secret goal of mine as well- not so secret anymore I guess!
