I started SP last year with a determination to educate myself about healthy living. I have gained new strength educationally, and I have adopted many new habits.

I have come to grips with many issues in life

I realize that I have the courage and power to change my life inspite of the circumstances in life!

Fitness Minutes: 45

My Goals:
I am drinking 66 ounces of water a day.

I am exercising at least 15 min. a day

I am building a social network of new friends this year.

I am determine to eat enough food per day to meet my calorie intake (fruits, veggies, whole grains).

I am DeToxing in Jan.
with herbal tea to help cleanse my blood and liver.

My Program:
 I am taking one day at a time.

I am recommiting to record my progress.


Personal Information:
I am excited about the new year.

I am growing spiritually, socially, financially, and mentally.

I am seeking to do more traveling this year than ever before.

Other Information:
 It's Great to Be ALIVE!!!
