Wanting to refocus this Fall? The Biggest Loser Challenge is there for you! We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed to promote positive lifestyle changes and, of course, weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are an important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams. After all we are all in this together and together we are stronger. emoticon

emoticon I hope you don't mind a friendly reminder to: Remember to come back every week and update your weight on the "Lose 25 Pounds in 25 Weeks, TEAM Challenge". It feels great to celebrate by posting losses or keeping track of gains each week (so you can look back on what you have done over the past week, so you can adjust). emoticon emoticon

Hi NICI, how are you doing? I miss you on the teams. Looks like you are down a little more. emoticon

I stalled for about 5 weeks but, like RAMONA says that's normal and temporary. My body decided to let it go again today. emoticon

Look at you Nici, down 53.6 pounds. Thank you for joining us on the "intermittent Fasting" and the "Keto - Intermittent Fasting & Dr. Berg's Videos" team. I hope you are watching and learning a lot for the videos. I want to thank you for weigh-in with me once a week on the "Lose 25 Pounds in 25 Weeks, TEAM Challenge" thread.

I want to tell you a little bit about my recent history.
I am a diabetic and I have been for many years. About 6 months ago I made up my mind to stop eating anything with sugar in it or that turned to sugar in my body. My goal was to keep my carbs under 30 to 20 grams a day and to get my A1C down from 8.5 to normal.

On May 27th I saw my doctor and I got a message from him on May 29th telling me that he wanted to congratulate me on the enormous success demonstrated by my labs. You are no longer showing any evidence of diabetes, elevated liver enzymes, or elevated triglycerides. Your A1C is 5.0.

I told you this to encourage you (not to brag) in hopes that it will help you, with whatever your health situation is.
