I truly believe you need to see your goals clearly in your mind and focus on them on a daily basis for it to become a reality. I take a few minutes every single day to visualize the way I want to look. I also believe in positive thinking. I try to be very aware of my thoughts. Whenever a negative one enters my mind, I turn it positive.


My Daily Goals
* I plan my meals and snacks.
* I visualize my ideal body, how I look and how I feel.
* I burn at least 500 calories per day.
* I eat slowly and focus on what I am eating.
* I write and/or review my goals.
* When I am bored or stressed I do things to occupy my mind such as scrapbooking, writing and reviewing my goals, reviewing my workouts, floor exercises, gardening, reading, coloring and doodling.
* I put all I have into each and every workout.
* I eat healthy foods to nourish my body.
* If I feel the urge to eat something, I ask myself "How will I feel after I eat this?"

My Weekly Goals:
* I make a dinner plan for the week.
* I have one special meal or dessert.

Positive Affirmations:
* I love being able to wear whatever I want!
* I am maintaining my weight of 120 lbs..
* I feel great when I eat healthy, nutritious foods.
* I love the confidence I have.
* My stomach is flat, tight and muscular.
* I make conscious decisions on whether or not to eat certain foods.
* I am proud of what I have achieved with my body.
* I have control over food.


Things I Believe Help Me to Succeed:

1. Logging on to Sparkpeople EVERYDAY!!

2. Writing and reviewing my goals on a daily basis.

3. Tracking Food Daily.

4. Thinking Positive Thoughts.

5. Visualizing the way I want to look.
