Introduction Text Hey, it's great to meet you out here! PLEASE SAY HI at the botttom of the page so I know you were here! I will polish up this page as time allows, just anxious to get started on this Safari! Please stop back again as I will add more soon! Be sure to check out my Blog! I try to keep it up in hopes of encouraging others to GO FOR IT! I have found this community of Sparkettes and Sparkmen to be the greatest! This BEATS any weight loss group I have ever tried before! I am a busy wife and mom of 3, one in her carreer, and two teens. I love to write and hate to exercise, but I will learn to love exercise. I good friend just told me, do it anyway, the feelings will come later! :-) Hope she's right! I enjoy many things, mostly spending time with the fam so I need to drop this hundred pounds so I can keep up with them! I also am on a constant declutter binge here. It keeps me off the couch and my home is looking better room by room, step by step! Does decluttering count as exercise? I am sure it burns calories! :-)

100 pounds by June 2010! First goal 10 pounds off and walking program starts!

Eating healthy, starting to walk! No pop or sugar filled drinks. I'll do more as I get used to things!
