Introduction Text Getting Sparki back on track! Slow and Steady wins the race!

After years of poor health, Doc finally said I could start doing some exercises. Horray! Then a fall, just after signing up, set me back again....but I'll soon be back on track. I want to tone up, and loose some weight. Hopefully, my energy will come back too.

I have been almost overwhelmed with all the wonderful information here. I have been following a lot of it for years, but realize my portion ration is way out of balance. Slowly and carefully, I am pulling it closer to realistic amounts. I won't crash diet and end up sick from the sudden change of lack of food. I plan to take things a step at a time, adding a little more each week to my new routine.



I love nature, taking walks, day tripping, music and painting wonderful scenes.
