I am not able to email much due to the recent housefire. I just wanted to let you all know I love and appreciate you all. You have all blessed me just by your words.

Fitness Minutes: 5,420

My Goals:
Be fit and lean
Be down fifty pounds and lower BMI to 28.1

I will be down pounds through calorie intake of 1200-1400 per day and 3500 calories of exercise per week.

My Program:
Had a fall on 4-16-08, broken right wrist, sore knee and foot, will do crunches and ab work until get my balance back.

Still have right leg problems, numb toes, can't walk fast, pledge to use elliptical!!
Maintain a healthy meal balance of 1200-1400 calories per day with 3-4 veggies and fruits, water intake of more than 100 ounces.

Log onto Spark everyday and record intake, exercises, answer posts, questions, support others to reach their goals.

Personal Information:
I live in baltimore.
Northeast near Montibello, Hamilton, Parkville and I am looking for buddies to meet and have a healthy lunch....or a walk.....or a party!!!!

Other Information:
I work part time as a hospice nurse and part time as a nursing teacher. I love nursing.

I also sing professionally.
